In a standard single family transaction, there are over 30 documents to review and sign, NOT including loan documents!

Many agents send these documents to their clients as a big stack to review on their own. I will meet with you, to review every disclosure document.

The California Residential Purchase Agreement (the Offer) is 8 pages of tiny print. When you are deciding the terms of your offer, the last thing you want to be worrying about is what you are signing. I meet with my buyers before any offers are made and go over the contract with them so there are no surprises and lower anxiety when offers are made.

Buying a Home Takes Skill (The Art of Persuasion)

Negotiating a real estate transaction is a delicate affair.

Too much bravado and the sellers dig in their heels and refuse to negotiate.

Too much pleasantry and the sellers figure there is no need to negotiate.

These two factors together create a fine line on which to tread. I am a skilled negotiator, able to keep the seller at the table and ready to do what it takes to get the deal done.
